I have a lease north of Iowa Park and west of Burkbunett...anyone have any reports of how the weather has affected the deer?

Haven't seen but one dead one so far, but if there's no supplemental feeding Or watering going on you could be bad off. All up around that area there are reports of does kicking off fawns early to save themselves. If it doesn't rain soon I'll bet a lot won't make it through the winter. Last year most of the does I saw had twins. This year most don't.

I agree. We have supplemental feeding, but we're relying on one fairly large stock pond and another smaller one for the water. I'm pretty sure the smaller one has dried up, but the other still has water in it.
