any one had any dealings with this or any other cal. in this rifle,im not impressed,it is what it is but it ant very accurate....why put this in the hands of a kid,and i not talkn about a .243....

I bought some rubber stops or backings at walmart. put under the barrell and stuck on the forearm. (sorta floated it) Also have a rubber washer on the forearm screw inside and out.
Shoots good enough to kill deer with. First round killer. Loses accuracy fast as the barrel heats up.

thats what i begain to find out sat.,ill give the warshers a try,when he gets older he can move up to a rem 700...
