Is the rivers in New Braunfels dry like everyone is telling me? Planning a trip down there August 1st to float the Comal river and go to Schlitterbahn but I dont wont to show up down there and not being able to float the river. But from my understanding the Comal is spring fed. I have never gone down it before but have been down the Guadalupe River several times and have heard it is closed right now. Any info would be great!

The Comal is packed. Buddy went a few weeks ago. 4 hour trip took him 8 hours. I'd wait for rain.
