How many deer through out my "entire" life span?? Heck I don't know I ain't dead yet. so no total yet.

Your kidding right, 45 years of hunting.

40+ years of hunting and I will just say a whole lot of deer.

30+ years, early days whack em and stack em. Thought I had to shoot every deer I had a tag for. Now not so many 2 maximum per season now as I have become very picky on my bucks.
I score at least one Kansas doe each season for the freezer, very tasty corn and soybean fed does in Kansas.

A bunch, but who's counting.

I started at age 9 with my very first ever doe, then.....I'm 54 now I only hunt deer with traditional archery equipment. Just trying makes my head hurt, but it adds up to a lot.

11 or 12 with only one good buck in the mix. lots of trash spikes and a few mistakes on button bucks.

Can I get that free subscription delivered to my doorstep? I don't own a computer or have any way of reading it unless I am in my reading chair.

Chester, You have to understand there are many sour puss's on here who are astounished someone can have a different opinion or actually spend time outdoors.

I have killed over 600 deer of all types. As a kid, My first buck was shot in the face with buckshot and I killed 15 mixed before lunch one morning on a pipeline cut with buckshot. I killed four nice bucks sitting on a set of ballpark bleachers and so on. I was raised barefoot with an Ithaca 37 and buckshot until my first rifle at 12 which was a Marlin 336 in 35 remington. Wanna know why I killed so many at once, I'll tell ya...I hated my Dad and hunting which came too easy for me and if I racked them up, we could get on home! If you took a kid hunting today in the conditions I was raised they'd put you in jail for child abuse.

I wouldn't trade none of it as I went on to destroy America's enemies for the next twenty plus years and feel my luck, experience, and God is what has seen this Idiot through.

Hey LuckenbachTexas how about watching what you type there. My kids read this site and its hard enough raising them without someone on here using that kind of language.

In four years of actually deer hunting i have killed 9 deer and one year i was in Iraq so actually only three years of hard hunting! Done pretty good so far but only 1 real nice one to me

Me and teddy roosevelt used to stalk the thornveldt together, I would chug a bottle of scotch and shoot a baboon which i would then skin out and put over my body as to be able to stalk close to game and stab it with a No.2 pencil. I once stabbed 458 animals, including a lyger and a unicorn, before having to resharpen that pencil.

why did I do it? I'll tell ya, its cause I hated geometry......

39 years old, never have shot a deer.
Only been deer hunting a couple times and never saw any.

Thats the kinda sour puss-no lifer I'm talkin about two post up.
