If any body has shot the G5 T3. I have a few questions. Do they shooot like field tips and also are they easy to replace? I shot the Rage last year and really liked how they shot and killed, just a pain to replace them. Thanks

I am also wondering because i like the entry holes with the rage but i lose alot of penetration. How is the penetration with the G5 T3?(not trying to hijak)

Mine shoot just like my Montec CS. They fly like FP's but don't hit the same spot.

Lean the other way!!!!! I think the T3 is the best mechanical out there.

Yea thats the only thing I would be using rages for is practice. My BIL shoots the T3 and loves them they fly just like his field points. Guess what they have opened on every pig he has shot this year. That is more than I can say for the Rages out of my bow. Penetration wise he has got a pass through on 5 out of 6 pigs at 20 yards he has shot this year. If I was going to use a mech head it would be a T3, but I shot fixed only now. I think he shoots a Mathews MQ at 70#.

When I say they fly different I mean the point of impact is about 1" off @ 30 yds. Easy to adjust that.

I won't shoot any other mechanical that a T3 after I have accurately passed through a hog, fallow buck, and blackbuck. The blades seem easy to replace because they slide right on, but I have yet needed to do so. I also shot the F-15 expandable broadhead and loved the penetration and holes they made, but the blades are very difficult to replace.

That was my problem with rage they where a pain to replace. After reading this I think I will go with the T3 this season.

From my experience the T3 is top notch. Hope they work out as well for you as they did me.
