Where did he go???

Really, I never would have guessed. There are three more just like him that hunt the river where I do. All three just stated hunting in the last five years. They own (or are paying for) all the best boats and stuff. Between the three of them they have well over 100 bands showing everytime they are at the launch.

He may have gotten replicas made of the real bands so he didnt lose them but the duck bands do look awfully fake to me. It is possible they might be really bad looking replicas though

I don't wear bands. The birds I shoot with bands will continue to wear them on the wall.

I have a buddy that has been hunting waterfowl for well over 30 yrs. He has yet to shoot a band. He tells me he looks at every bird but doesnt really care wether hegets one or not. I do love messing with him though, I will fold one up and go to get it and when I do I will say its banded and then he has a few choice words for me.

Not in the least, just find entertaining when the pot calls the kettle back.

On Topic: Rock Paper Scissors? Not worth a fight. I hunt mostly with my brother. We have a bad habit of pulling the trigger at the same time and not realizing the other one shot as well.

Here's a question for all the band hogs, have you ever given a band to your friend because it was his first year.

Ive given Five to my Three Sons. They will however tell you they shot the bird.

Y'all are nuts!!! Lol its a sad day in the Marsh when people BUY bands to advertise hunting prowess!! Sounds like a Jeff foiles groopie to me.! Its the man that takes his son out hunting in a boat that was made by their father/grandfather that I respect! I say put the bands in a frame or leave them on the bird and put them on the wall.
