I have a Winchester 1873 in 32-20 I believe was made in the early 1890's.It is in what I consider fairly good condition.
What are the pro's and con's of getting this back in shooting condition? (figuring it is not)
Will this hurt or help the value? More than likely, it will be a wall hanger anyway/

I carry a gun because a cop is to heavy!

Agreed!

If you ever watch the antiques road show time and time again the experts have to tell people they destroyed the value of thier stuff by "restoring" it.
