Helping a buddy fill some spots on a lease in Cass Co. near queen city/antioch. Need to fill the Spots ASAP, all money is due by July 10th. As far as I can recall its roughly 1100 acres with 10 hunters. Cost is $660 per person. Each hunter is allowed two permanent stand locations. The lease has previously only had 8 hunters, but due to a recent price hike from the owners they are adding 2 members and replacing 1. The property is a mix of 3 or 4 yr old pine plantations, some 10-12yr old plantations and some hardwoods along the two or 3 creeks (stream line protection) that run through the lease. Its a "family" lease so they don't want any partying or "beer" lease activities. IF you have more questions or are interested shoot me a PM and I'll put you in contact with the right folks.
