I want to buy a winchester 1886 but there is alot of reproduction so how do i know if is a reproduction because some are really good

The Winchester Reproduction will have a tang safty, The Browning reproduction does not have the added safety and is marked Browning. Both the Browning and Winchester reproduction are made in Japan and are very fine rifles.
