Just when it gets as bad as you think it can here come the grasshoppers to finish off what's left. These big dudes can strip a pasture or yard mucho pronto. Check your shrubs folks they can eat them bare almost overnight. Day-um. bang

I think you have to have something green to have grasshoppers. Needless to say I don't have grasshoppers.

As big as those grasshopper are they would eat the baby quail I would bet. Hope there was a turkey hatch to eat some. Time to find what little lake or tank water is left with some fish in it and plan a trip.

That would piss me off to the max. Baby blue quail running around after mommy and daddy have to be one of the coolest sights in nature.

Sprayed a bunch of them yesterday. They like Hibiscus for some reason.

Grasshoppers usually come in cycles of 3-4 years with them and 3-4 without them. This is the fourth year we have had a problem, so I guess we will see. They about destroyed half of my garden before I got around to spraying them. The fish should be fat I guess.
