Im missing it already going insane thinking how long we have till next season! PS the two year old lab is a registered stud dog $600 or pick of the litter. early in the season lots of birds two pretty pintails.  Gauges first Hunt ever He did great.  My seasons favorite BLACK DUCK! Thought it was a mallard hen at first then before we left I realized my prize!  Gauges first mallard  C Backs woodies and green wing  My favorite hunt ever tons of birds pintail and greaters.  Most odd hunt ever tons of birds and a bobcat that thought duck was for breakfast while we were in the middle of a hunt. maby he thought he was a retriever.  Last hunt of the season. Gauge did great and we slaughtered birds. The guy on the far rights first hunt.

This cool weather and rain doesn't help the itch. Went to the range to hit some clay Sunday and they were closed. Man I was pissed, a little rain scared everyone off.

Ya I think this is the worst "itch" i have had and its only may. we have been getting after the clays every 2nd Tuesday of the month with our church really nice towers and shooting gar that's helping a little.

Yes the black duck was takin in south texas. prolly 15 miles from the border. That's pretty sweet! Shot one when I was in high school but was too stupid to know that I had a trophy in my hands, so I just cleaned it
