hi, i just inherited my grandfather's ranch and it is dove hunters paradise. located near mcallen tx, and right in the fly way of their migration patterns. i have a total of 300 acres to lease but am leasing 25 acre tracts. native sunflower growing like crazy and areas to bbq. the area also has quail javelina and hogs that come along with the lease. im asking 1000 per 25 acres if you do the math thats 250 a guy for a group of 10 ten friends or you can take out your clients. its a great opportunity for your family friends and clients. also there is a tank that spans a quater mile for some great fishing or bowfishing. there is gar, buffalo carp, catfish and bass. all this is included for fall dove season and dove season during the winter plus quail season.

jorge i am no mathmatician but $1000 split between 10 friends would be $100. if a person paid for all 12 25 acre spots that would be $1200 for each person in the 10 person group

I don't understand the math either. Lets see 10 friends for each 25 acres tracts. So 300acres\25acres=12tracts, 12tracts x 10 friends = 120 friends. This can't be right, thats a lot of people.

Huh? Why don't you just say $40 per acre?

Reads like he wants 1K for 25acres with 10 guys on 25acres. So relativily he is asking 12K for the entire 300 acres. With that being said thats 120 people on the total 300 acres if there were 10 guys per every 25acres! WOW...you would probably have to wear a bullet proof vest!

A bullet proof vest NO first of half is divide by the flood way that's 15 ft levees secondly its shaped oddly like a "j" and ya 1000 per 25 acres I've hunted here my whole life and have had 100+ plus from a gas and oil company plus lease crews and guests and no one got peppered.

However I did change it to 50 acres for 1000
