You need a pointing dog trainer. Vizsla train the same as any other pointing dogs. The only caveat I'd add, is Vizsla's are a little softer than English Pointer or GSP but comparable to a Brittany or Weim.

If you don't want to post in the Gun dog section, post in the section that describes what you hunt with your dog. I post pics of my dogs hunting quail in the Upland Bird Hunting. If I'm duck, goose or dove hunting I post it in the Migratory Bird Hunting.

Shopping with your husband is like hunting with the game warden. Experience is what you get, when you didn't get what you wanted.

From everything i read, and talked to people that had The Vizsla they dont need much training just pointed in the right direction. I focused on basic commands and worked with live birds and Eva did the rest. She was the first dog i have ever hunted and worked with she made it really easy!

Tim is known as "Dog Man" by many of his clients. contact Tim @ 972-712-2515
he lives around pilot point and specializes in dog training. he has two Vizslas coming to him later today to start obeidiance training and then gun dog training around one year old. He is mostly known for labs but he has allot of hands on dealings with Vizsla's
