Hello everyone! We are a U.S. manufacturer and reseller of night vision and thermal systems. We just launched at Shot Show 2011, maybe some of you were able to stop by our booth or spotted us cruising the show; we were wearing bright neon yellow or orange shirts so you couldn't miss us We were able to to get some raw footage uploaded from one of our 320x240 thermal sights. The video is still a bit pre-mature so we do not have the scope's reticle in the video. A very cool feature with Nitehog's TuskIR thermal sights is that everything is done with the software. For example you adjust your windage and elevation in the optics software by bringing up the menu while looking through the optic; the reticle is on an x-y axis and you can record these coordinates in a log book to have multiple zero pre-sets, so to speak. This also means no mechanical adjustments for your zero that may be affected by recoil. Another cool feature is that you can upload any reticle of your preference up into the software. We have even had customers draw up their own reticles which we then uploaded to their TuskIR384 thermal sight. Link to video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bN94TlcPC2Q"Video shot through a prototype 320x240 NITEHOG thermal weapon sight. Fired on a 7mm Rem bolt-action at about 115yds. Notice hot spot (hit!). Sorry no reticle yet in prototype's video output...coming soon! Sorry about movement...the platform was unsteady and was at edge of cliff - just a tad bit unnerving at night!" More videos to come! If anyone would be interested in setting up a group buy, please PM me and we will get things going!

Welcome to the forum: I will start with some questions for you: 1) What makes your product different from the other handful of options out there, just one BIG difference.? 2) What is the obscure hotspot surrounding the hogs? Is that overhanging brush or water on the ground? 3) On future vids less waiting, more shooting! (OK that wasn't a question more of a statement) 4) Warranty? 5) Zoom capability? 6) Did you miss the shot? Thx, BB

Sorry for the late reply guys, hope everyone had a great easter sunday! Welcome to the forum: I will start with some questions for you: 1) What makes your product different from the other handful of options out there, just one BIG difference.? Quality. That's something that a lot of vendors thow around, but we don't release products to market until they meet our goal of being a quality product. Quality for NITEHOG = you can use on 7.62, .338, .300 WIN Mag, 7mm, etc platforms...not just .22/5.56 platforms. All of our NV products come with image intensifier data sheets, so you know exactly what you are getting. Quality = you get what you pay for - there are no disappointmenting moments. All to often before we started this company, we'd buy night vision or a thermal system (some of us even sold this stuff for the big guys - L-3, Insight, Raytheon), things just didn't work in the field - you couldn't see what you needed to see, systems failed if you shot them on anything other than .177 calber pellet rifle, and other such experiences. Quality for us means that if you spend your hard-earned $$ on something that it just plains works like you expect it to - whether shooting on the range or in the field - each time, every time. And if something goes wrong, or you want to talk to someone about an issue or just need to know a little more about how something should be operated - just call. We are there to help and want to know how things are going. You're not a small time purchaser to us, you're our friends, family, people we meet on the range or multi-gun match...we actually care because we use the exact same equipment to do the exact same things that you do. Ask anyone else that sells comparable products when the last time was that they fired a weapon - you'll be pleasantly disappointed with their answer.2) What is the obscure hotspot surrounding the hogs? Is that overhanging brush or water on the ground? Reflection of the heat given off by the pigs on the surrounding snow.3) On future vids less waiting, more shooting! (OK that wasn't a question more of a statement) Agreed, we will get on that! 4) Warranty? We offer a standard No BS 1 year warranty on all our products. However if you would like an extended warranty option we can do that too.5) Zoom capability? Our 384x288 thermal sight has 3x optical zoom, and 2x & 4x digital zoom, which equates to 6x and 12x magnification. The 320x240 thermal sight has 2x optical magnification, and 2x & 4x digital zoom, so 4x and 8x magnification.6) Did you miss the shot? No, hog on mid-right is hit and drops inside tree line. Notice the hot spot in the mid-right of the image after shot that is left behind the small hog that takes off on the right at about 2 o'clock. This version of our thermal doesn't yet output the reticle in the video, it will soon. The TUSKIR384 has reticle in video output, video for that coming out soon.Thx, BB Prices? I looked on your website but all I could find was "call for pricing". TxLobo I will PM you prices for both of our thermal sights. If anyone else would like to know the prices just send me a PM.
