THE BASICS
First, the good news is that our lease hasn't been touched by the fires so far. In fact, they've been about 8-10 miles away.

We have a 640 acre lease located between Mineral Wells and Graford with lots of elevation change, a creek that runs right through the middle of the lease and a few spring-fed stock ponds. So there is year-round water on the lease.

We've been feeding corn year round for 3 years, have a lot of feeders and cameras out there and several nice, comfortable stands.

ABOUT US
Right now, we have 4 hunters on the place. We are looking for 2 more to fill spots from family members that had to back out due to the economy. We are all very laid back. We enjoy just getting out there and working, hunting, messing around and having fun outdoors. We are NOT hardcore fanatics. If you see a legal deer and want to shoot it, then more power to you.

We've seen lots of whitetail, hogs and turkey on the place. Seen a handful of bobcats, coyote and fox as well.

PRICING
The price is $1280 per gun for year-round access. If you have any specific questions, just send me a PM.

To answer questions - families are certainly welcome. We have several kids that hunt on occasion right now.

There is no electricity and no running water at camp. We rough it!
