Quality hunting property just east of Paducah Texas. The place has water and electricity all game including Mule Deer. This place is both sides of the pease river. 8-10 openings @ 2500.00/gun. Will be 15-16 paid spots on a little over 5000 acres.

I posted this for the landowner a while back, he then decided he was going to lease a another outfitter from the area. Well that deal didn't work out so they have asked me to try and help fill the remaining spots. I can assure you this is a quality place that backs up to some rugged remote country.

I do not have any pic's. I drove the place last year when I was up there signing a new agreement for the property I lease from them. Yes it does have a few cattle on it but not many.

If you have a group might be able to negotiate a little better price. Also may lease portions of the ranch separately, fenced sections. I think from 600-1500 acres. If interested let me know and I'll get you in touch with the landowner.
You won't have to deal with a broker.
