Do any of you guys have one of the Sniper Hawg lights or the Kill light 250? Just wondering if they really work like the websites say they do or if they are just trying to sell a pig in a poke?

I use a ND3 laser designator and it's pretty good out to several hundred yards. Expensive, though.

you get what you pay for. some of the inexpensive ones are fine if your in close range.

The Hawglite is a pretty good one. fairly cheap and works great. Now it wont shine out there hundreds of yards but works great around 100. Plus Kelly ( the owner ) just made them brighter ;-)))) for us rifle users !!

Will these lights work with a 3x9 tactical scope?

I would guess that would depend on the type and configuarion of the scope in question. The XLR250 just needs a standard 1" or 30mm tube to attach to,,or a space on the standard picatinny rail would work as well.
