When I rotate my bow down bubble moves to right side. When I rotate up it moves to left side. Bubble centered when bow is parallel. Have no clue how or where to shim sight. ????

your going to have to get a sight with 3rd axis adjustments. generaly that is going to be on an upper end sight. also make sure your vise is capable of performing the adjustment. i reccomend a medicine stone vise.
