Its 2 hrs from the Longview area. Its 2000 acres Dove, Duck, Quail, Deer, Hogs, Turkey and ????. we are trying to keep it down to 10-12 people. going to be from $1200.00-14 depending on the amount of people.
We are looking at 140+ deer easy. Hasn't been hunted in 2 yrs. found a shed that measured 70 7/8 and was only a 4 point.

Quail, are they pen raised? I don't know anywhere within 2 hours of Longview that has a huntable population of wild quail.

We are loooking for maybe one more possibly 2. Things could change as far as lodging. The people that were renting the house on the property are leaving and we are trying to talk with the landowner on fixing it back up and using it as the cabin.
