Very nice....looks like mostly morning doves, any white wings? What part of Texas was this?

I was going to go on Sunday evening but my wife made me go to a birthday party thing.

Yeah doves have been pretty good in this area this year. More white wings than I ever remember shooting. Well done.

Now that I look more closely yeah I guess those are mostly whitewing. I guess maybe that morning dove on the left bottom side kind of stuck out to me for some reason. Hard to tell either way on the top row.

Good job but I've got to ask, were they all flying so high that all you did was wing them? I've never seen so many headless dove.

I better start saving my heads for you guys around here! Not only do you get judged about birds per shell but now we have taken it a step further by how many heads are still on.

Unless they are stone cold dead I'll normally pop the heads off as well.

I've never understood the pulling off of the heads thing unless they are just winged. A lot of guys to it though. It just doesn't make any sense to me.
