Well, I haven't tried out the 'resort' part, but the restaurant was really good. I was expecting some place a bit fancy, despite being in Laguna Park (west side of the Lake Whitney Dam). It was definitely a casual restaurant and had great food. I don't normally eat out, because I can make the food better and cheaper. However, this place was different. The food was very good (not as good as mine, but still) and very clean.

We had the chicken fried steak with baked potatoes. I was a bit disappointed by the salad, but the rest of the meal was very good. I had a good time looking at all the mounts on the walls, including the giraffe. I will be back.
