Welcome. I'm fairly new here myself. Lots of good people and good content too.

Thanks everyone for all the warm welcomes!! A very friendly group indeed, just like my cowboy

Ahh, well at the moment we are in Albuquerque because my husband is finishing up a job here--but we will be heading up North this weekend with a load of hay! We are still dividing our time between ABQ and the Ranch because I work here in town one day a week and we haven't finished building a barn for all our livestock up there so they are down here in ABQ. It's hard being in two places but a necessary evil at the moment.

I moved to NM from Chicago in 1992 and fell in love with the place. I too was impressed with how nice everyone is. I found the same to be true about all you Texans as well! Went and married one, even.

Looking forward to all I can learn from y'all. Hubby is teaching me a lot in the field, but I am a bookish kind of person and I can learn a lot by reading too. Plus I like to hear lots of different ideas.

Ha, I doubt I'll be much good at straightening anyone out. I'm usually the one who needs straightening nuts

But thanks for the welcome and Howdy to the other ladies here!
