I think futures will go to 8.50 a bushel by may... My crop was spent before it was harvested...had another water well go out. 2 years in a row I'm batting zero..

turthfully I hate really high corn prices...cause if it takes a dive at harvest like it did two years...it gets ugly when you plant and grow at 7 and harvest at 5. It hurts. Between that and fuel it's gonna be a big dollar game.

Crops, water well and you gotta adding hunting to that zero... Nope any day I'm out in the woods is a good day and season...love my friends and family we all hunt together...plus I introduced a good friend to hunting this year and helped guide him to his first buck...it was a good year..accept my wife us still ticked at me for not letting her take a 4.5 year old 8 she wanted.

That was better than a good year then well except for the wife part, but tell her he will be a 5.5 yr old this year.

Corn futures are headed up, it is around $7.00 or so a bushel right now. Lot can happen between now and harvest trime, but from the reports it is only going to go higher.

Ive been feeding a 14% creep feed from Bryant for around $7,25 a sack and you can buy it in a 5/16 pellet or 3/8 pellet and the deer love it. Its a lot better for them than corn. Also have been adding a sack of alfalfa pellets to 3 sacks of the creep. I dont know how a corn feeder would throw it as I dont have corn feeders, but it works just fine in protein feeders.
