I know we have a few in the community. A couple friends and I are looking to book a guided hunt for the opener. Must be flooded timber somewhere within a decent drive from DFW.

Go with Silvercreek, he is the best around no doubt!

You could probably start a poll to see what everyone thinks as well.

If you want a true flooded timber hunt.. Redleg

Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, b/c they know not victory nor defeat"- #26 TR

I know where there are a bunch of trees in the water at Lake X, does that count?

If you want the real deal flooded timber experience, go to Arkansas.

For true timber hunts you might wait till later. Opening weekend rarely provides the kinda ducks you shoot in true timber. Except woodies.

As a bigshot in the Texas waterfowling community, I must say that I concur. (Thumbs up)

Take "care" fellas.
