As we were building this deer food plot fence this buck came walking by, we stood still and took this photo. Fencing from www.goinfencing.com

Yeah they know when they are off the clock. That has happend to me and Jaymz once when we were building a pen. Five came walking up on us and got really close before they finally realized they walked up on humans and veered off.

We were tearing down a blind and feeders at our (former) lease Tuesday when we spotted a big ol' buck casually cruising by. I guess he wanted to see what all the ruckus was about.

They seriously know. I have no idea how, but they know.
Checking my game cameras, I had 1-2 deer a day hitting my feeders until 2 days after the season ended, when I started getting pics of 7 or 8 does and 2 or 3 bucks at a time.
I'm sure it's just the timing. Right about the time the food in the woods runs completely dry, the season is over. Drives me crazy though - last year I didn't see a single shooter buck all year at my property and 1 week after the season ended I got pics of 5 different ones.

Nice advertisement for your company DKG. Funny that the same photo is on your website.

I was hog hunting with my bow yesterday at my lease in Baylor County. I am up in my tripod and seriously 15 deer start pouring out all within 20 yards of my tripod. I started moving around to just see how much movement it would take to scatter them. I practically had to wave my arms and point my bow at them to get them to scatter. It was crazy.
