I am planning on buying a SBE II within the next week or so and was wondering if anybody knows of place in the DFW area with reasonable prices besides one of the big stores like Cabelas or Bass Pro. There is a gun show at Market Hall this weekend, so I think I going to do a little comparison shopping. Thanks for the help.

When I got mine last October I shopped it around with all the shops and there wasnt all that big of a difference. You might be able to get a local shop to give you a break on it and maybe save a couple of bucks but that's about it. Not much wiggle room with a gun like that I guess.

The good news is that after you get it you won't be disappointed. GL...let us know if you get a good deal.

Oh...one thing I just thought of...Cabelas will sometimes have those deals where you spend X amount you get a gift card.

call Bachman Gun and Pawn in Dallas and Sportsmans Warehouse.....they usually have pretty good store prices...or go to the Dallas Mkt Hall gun show..

Before you make your next buy, contact sig226fan (Vernon Richardson, 903-496-7747) here on the forum, he may be able to work you a better deal, I have not bought from him before, but he is a reputable THF member. Before I buy my next gun, I will talk with him first before I pull the trigger on my next gun. Shop around, then call him!

I purchased mine at Sportsmans Warehouse. At the time (2 years ago) it was about the best price I could find. The problem I had was availability. It took over 6 months for me to fine one with a 28" barrel. Duckkilla you are going to love that gun.
