Hello me and my dad are looking for a lease in east tx for next year. Preferably near Rusk Co. We are both ethical, responsible hunters and are looking for something for just us thats around 400 acres or less. We would like the lease to be year round and available for all game.

not exactly what you are looking for, but you can Google 'Devil's Bayou hunting club' and see if it could work for you.

I don't know which lease you should get but I know which one I would NOT suggest. I had a very bad experience with the Fellowship of Christian Outdoorsmen Hunting Club (FOCO). The leasing agent leased quite a bit of my property to other hunters after he cashed my check and the hunting was terrible.

And do your best to stay away from a guy in maydelle tx named hugh byrd. he is the local lease guy in that area.
