I'd be curious to know exactly how many people are on this lease. But there's a lot of deer in that area (some good one's too) so it may not be such a terrible deal.

I talk to this guy last year. He obtain the land from a Big Subdivison with a golf course. The hogs are tearing up the golf course, and they want them gone. I believe he was going to put 12 hunter on the lease total. I live very close & there are a lot of deer in the area. I almost decide to get on lease, but I am wanting something where I can explore & stalk hunt. You can only be in your stand or on the way to your stand on this lease.
Good Luck. Also only Deer & Hogs

12 hunters/1400 acres . I rode this place today the golf course is over on 1 end of the lease not really in the middle. There is quite a few creeks and draws on the place with a lot of oak trees.
What more can you ask for hunt morning and evening and play a round of golf during the mid day and scout out new hunting areas !
