I always enjoy trying new decoy spreads and was wondering what were some that yall enjoy using and are most effective whether it be on a tank, big water, or flooded field, what's your fav?

How many decoys, what type (mallard, gadwall, etc.), location, and layout of spread.

Just trying to get some new ideas for next yr.

Only place I've hunted west of 35 was in Oregon. If it's all like that, y'all can keep it.

OK here we go back on track.... @ the Barney about a dozen dekes with a little of everything I've got in it....no more than 3 or 4 of any species. Mix them randomly in about a 20 foot diameter group. I learned this from watching them feed and rest.....
They will try to invite themselves to breakfast or some rest with their friends by landing on the back of it......

Do those three live birds consist of swimming chickens?

Not sure who is cooler on which side of 35, but it's a cold mo-fo East of 35 right now.

those will work up

flea market ducks are cheaper than decoys and you can eat them when season closes.
