so my shippment of their index clips came in, i was told to get it stright from them and not anyone else to get their 'bouns' items which the only thing i got from them is 2 stickers and the clips it self, index clips used to cost 20, now its 30, with shipping and tax i paid over 40... sigh...
i feel so cheated now...

If you spend a certain dollar amount you will get the rub, bottle opener, hats and t-shirts. I dont think you wil get all of that for some $30 dollar clips!

so your complain is they did not send you $20 worth of free stuff on a $30 order? really? I have been very satisfied with them and would buy from them again

This ^^^

If your disapointed in their product or service that would be one thing. But to be disapoointed because you didnt get some free stuff, Im not sure your disapointment has much merit. Not sure why you expect a $10 Dillo and $8 bottle of rub free with your $30 order !?!? As for their products, they are pricey but second to none... up

i was dispointed because it was what i was 'told' so i was 'expecting', its like a kid waiting for xmas gift that never came, and i am also dispointed on how much they charge for shipping... could of gone cheaper for something that small

the clips used to cost 20, not sure why they up the price, some sites said because they throw in all those stuff, thats why it raised the price, and as review for its quaility, its supposted to be low profile, but its still a lot more bulky then ladder rail cover

i'll check that out next, trying out different covers/setups, so far i like the xtm pannels... so far i tried 3 kinds, the ladder rail cover (which was okay, i was stupid and painted it, and it begins to chip and when i remove it from the rail, it got really bad), xtm panel (some small tramming was needed to fit on the smaller omega rail) then the index clips (more bulky then the ladder rail cover but the wire clip seens like good idea if i ever needed a light setup with wires)

its mahoro.... maybe so, but that does not make up for their quality imo, i had their scope mount 2 years ago for my .308, i was having contact wear problem with only 40 rds or so, 2 trips to the range, and like i said, to each with their own, i am dispointed with this company, i will just stay way from them and go with someone else, i went with them because they were texas based company

confused I have toured their facilities and met with Larue himself. Maybe I'm a little biased but ok quality is one thing they are not. And their service has always been second to none for me and those I know. Of course, I do go to their door, no shipping for me. That prolly helps some.

How do you buy from "their door"? Last I heard they were not open to the public.
