Pasture 5: 900 acres with frontage on live water creek. 3 hunters. Could be combined with Pasture 9 for a larger group. (Next to each other)

Pasture 12: 1600 acres, watered by 2 seperate wells. 5 hunters.

Home Pasture: 650 acres, watered by 1 well, several stands of live oak trees. Great bow hunting pasture. 2 hunters.

Spoke with this gentleman about his leases. Sounds like a great deal AND this is his families land so No middleman. With the talk of gas going up 400 miles is just too far for me to travel to a lease.

I love that area too, that's where I hunt now. The conversation of gas prices has come up several times lately though. 450 miles to my lease down there.
