Ya'll geniuses dont make me pull some numbers out of my crack to make you realise the .260 is the rifle of choice. It will shoot 10,374fps with 23,742 lb/ft of energy and stuff!!! I shoot whales with mine from East Texas to the Gulf and stuff!!!

Ok, really, can we please get back to poor guys question?

Just because you enter it does not mean that it is a viable load. Obviously you have issues with reading comprehension. Like I said, go ahead and keep on with your magic load. You have certainly proven that ignorance is bliss.

If the vanguard guy really does work at Academy, that explains a lot to me right there. Those guys, on average, don't know a stock from a barrel.

Nothing like armchair ballisticians quoting drop numbers from reloading manuals to prove a point...

Some guy name Jeff_0 comes to mind...grin...

By the way .260 fans. I have 2 boxes of Reduced Recoil core-loks 140gr that I will trade for 2 boxes of EMPTY BRASS. Not ever going to shoot it but could use the brass for reloads.
Not trying to jump the thread as if I could do that at this point so just PM me if you want it.

This is fun. Good times on the THF

And again you don't know much. I trust no one on this forum when it comes to reloading more than Karnis and this guy has proven that he has no clue, he can call it immature, but if you show your ignorance and lack of willingness to learn from others with more experience then yeah I will prolly call u on it smile

well I saw it in a t/c and a rem sps and dont know why, they were traded off before i got to looking at it. both with factory ammo as well.
The only thing i would suggest is to measure your throat to see where those bullets touch the lands, maybe factory ammo is pushing the bullet into the lands causing pressure. Maybe excessive headspace.
