The first picture is a sow she went about 90 lbs she was full of piglets.
The second picture is a boar that would weigh somewhere between 150 and 170 lbs.
Both pigs busted out of the brush when I got close and had to shoot them both running.
The EoTech was perfect for the running shots

The sow did. The boar is a longer story. The Boar dropped but I hit him a little far back. After the shot I went up to both and poked them with the barrel of the gun. Neither moved so I hiked back out about 3/4 of a mile to my truck and started to drive in as close as I could I got to the edge of the creek, which I could not cross. I decided I would go in with my knife only and drag the pigs to my vehicle. I was a bout 400 yds away so I left the gun in the truck. When I got to the kill site the sow was there, but no boar just found a blood spot. The brush they were in was waist deep so I started tracking him (without the gun) I soon find him and he is pissed. So I back out to go get the rifle and come back he is not where I left him. So tracking starts again I am walking through waist high brush moving the brush around with my gun barrel pointed forward when all of a sudden the brush starts splitting like MOSES parting the red sea. The boar is charging me I put two in his head (one would have done it but at the time a double tap seemed warranted) when he balled up he was spitting blood on my boots. Woo what a rush.
After further inspection on the boar my intial shot was with him running away down the tank damn and the bullet entered right above his tail traveled down his backstrap and out at the back of his skull just between the ears... It must have knocked him unconisous because as I said i poked both of them with my gun barrel after the intial shot... I'm just glad he didn't come back to life when I was starting to gut him...
