Just making sure I did not overlook a stamp, there is no muzzleloader stamp in texas? My nephew is in Iraq and to muzzleload hunt all he will need is a general hunting license.

You are correct. Texas does not require a special stamp for muzzle load hunting; it is a legal firearm and all that is required is the "general hunting license"!
