Im trying to figure out how to get my front sight off my 7400 as it reflects in my scope REAL BAD with my hawglight attached to scope. everything under horizontal crosshair glows red and can see above it, not real good when im nite hunting for hogs. there is a screw on it but when removed i couldnt make it budge, any ideas would be great, thanks all!

Drift the bead out of the dovetail, there may be a screw under it...

thanks, i kinda half heartedly tried that, but was hesitant because i didnt have any real tools to try with, gonna bring home good tools and such from work to try, if not it may be headed to the smith
