I made pulled pork using a pressure cooker and shoulder roast from the store. It was wonderful, just like a resturant barbeque sandwich. Can I some how do the same with all my deer meat i have to use up?

Yes, but I suggest slow cookers and moisture...
Also, someone has to say this... it won't be pork either...

Today I boned out 4 shoulders from 2 deer and ran the meat through a grinder. There is still meat on the bones, so I put that in a roasting pot, filled with water and seasoned it pretty good. Then I put it in the oven at 250 degrees for about 9 hours. The meat falls off of the bone and is it ever good. I'm gonna make some enchiladas with it tomorrow.

I used a venison roast in the slow cooker and a packet of that slow cooker bbq pulled pork seasoning where you add a little ketchup, brown sugar and cider vinegar and I liked it better than a pork shoulder.

I do a pulled pork with country style ribs.... boil it with shrimp boil until it turns to mush....take the bones out if any and excess fatty chunks... it's good as is or add sauce if desired
