Hey all! I am looking at the stealth cam v450 4.0 cam and the moultrie game spy l-40 which is also a 4.0. I need the IR because of poachers. Please let me hear the good, bad and the ugly or any other suggestions. Thanks for your help! Troy

I have had terrible experiences with stealth cam. If this is a new model they may have improved some things, but I will never buy from them again. I've heard good things about the Moultrie I-40 and I-60. All commercial cameras are very poorly made IMO, with the exception of the buckeye...and maybe the new predator but I haven't heard any customer reports on it yet. If I was you I would get a homebrew if you want to keep your budget around 200-300. www.pixcontroller.com there are quite a few people here that sell them here and also on www.qdmaforums.com You can get them infrared also.
