Nice thing about the five mile drive from our home to the wetlands property we hunt is that it's considered extremely heavy traffic if we see more than two vehicles (including a tractor) in either direction. I have to leave here by 6:30 AM in order to get there and settle in for LST.  Good luck to all today and the rest of the season in this New Year.

I just ran to Academy to exchange an ice chest, and saw a field sobriety test being executed. Some idiot drove through a brick wall into someone's back yard about 15 yards from the road. Officer did not look happy, and driver did not look sober. This was at 10 AM.
