Doesnt Kuby's only do sausage?

Kuby's is good and they do more than just sausage. BUT, I'm happy with Joshua and Kuby's isn't worth my time in drive from FW to Dallas.

I have to come back through Joshua, where are they at in town? On the main drag?

If you are coming into Joshua from Cleburne, they're on the right side of the road before you get into town. They tag your deer and you get your deer back. It's all well packaged. In addition, I've been inside their cleaning room and they keep it clean. They'll have my business as long as they're open. Good people to deal with. Last year, I took one in and they forgot my breakfast sausage (the tag was messed up). The owner stopped me in the parking lot and brought me some extra that they had. Like I said, good people to deal with.

C&C Wild Game Processing on I-45 N. across from the Woodlands is terrible! Ruined my animal and shorted my order! Will never do business with them again.
Hilldibrant's off TUWA RD.in the Spring/Tomball area is fair and treats you with respect!

Anyone ever used Rick's in Frisco on 380?? I use Fischers in Muenster, however I hunt down South once a year and need something closer to the house. Plan on trying Rick's later this season.

Got my buck back from Rick's Outpost in 4 days. Eating a hunter stick right now. Delicious!

Fisher Ham & Meat in Spring. They don't bulk process and turned my deer around in a week.

Joshua, for sure. They do a great job and have a very clean facility. I don't go anywhere else!

I don't mean to tell tales but Gormans in Terrel is the same bunch that threw about 100 deer carcasses in a creek some place instead of disposing of them the right way and the way they charged their customers. They fouled the whole place out and got ran out of Mesquite and ended up in Terrel and damned near ended up in prison. That spells dishonest to me. Kubys is good if any one can afford them.

I remember that. I used to use them but stopped when this came to light.

Any one use Eddie's Game Processing in San Antonio? They are close to the house and the prices seem good.

I used Gorman's once last year. They seemed a little shady to me. I brought in two deer with the heads and tags just like the law states. They didn't even bother to check the sex of the deer.

I'd rather be huntin'......

Picked up my meat from Mills County Meat Locker in Goldthwaite Sunday. They told me 2 weeks, and it was 2 weeks. Real nice folks, and some of the best summer sausage I've ever had.
