Is this place new? I hunt out side of Muenster and go through Lindsay all the time.

Where exactly are they located? I looked for them on my last trip and didn't see them.

Wenzels Meat Company in downtown Hamilton is awesome. Kent is a great guy to deal with. If you hunt in that are I suggest passing the other guys in the area and try Wenzels.

Live to hunt, forced to work!

Narurally Fresh in Midland. Decent price, never any hair, and the guy who owns it is a hell of a nice guy.

If you are in the San Antonio area, it's tough to be Spengler's Taxidermy and Deer processing in Helotes, right at the corner of Hausman (1560) and Bandera (St. Hwy 16). He has been there for MANY MANY years. Great sausage and jerkey. You get your own deer back, no batch processing. Dzuik's in Castroville does good work but everything is batch processed and they will tell you so. Dropped one off there last year and got a call 6 hours later them "my" meat was ready for pickup.

To anoyone up in the Electra, Vernon, Wichita Falls area I have to say Whitakers in Iowa Park does an excellant job. Really clean and they process each deer separately. They live next to their shop which means they are available almost all of the time and they are great people. Just off of 287 at the Harmony Rd. exit.

I take mine to Jerry Hildebrandt in Tomball TX. His place on Tuwa. Tuwa is off of Gosling between 2920 and Kuykendahl. I think the number is 281-255-9325. I am not 100% sure on the phone number.
