anyone have an idea of what the price per acre is in zapata county? I am trying to find some kind of map or study that shows the price of land in the past 20 years would help too
My grandparents are looking to sell the land and I have no idea what it goes for.
Its right off hwy 83 i can see lake falcon from the deer blind

Go to Texas A and M real estate center online. They have prices per acre going back a long time. There is a lot of good info on that site. Good luck

Those prices are crazy down there. Up here in N. Texas the price per acre is selling (not asking price!) about the same price it was 7 years ago for pasture land good for grazing/hunting. Complete opposite market if that is correct.
