Anyone interested in a hunting lease 10,000 acres in Cypress Creek bottoms. Roads cut throughout the tract(4 wheel drive during the wet season) with several lakes and two houses (one very nice). I don't know the quality of the deer killed on it but the past leasees had a management plan set up. It is loaded with hogs and probably has some turkeys on it. Oh, I almost forgot, JUST 22 MILLION asking price.

Is that land located between Cason and Lone Star???
Might be the land Harold Wayne Nix has or had.

No, the land is further west & South. When you cross Cypress on Hwy 11, you cross a very small portion of it.
