I found this table when looking for moving my zero for the rifle to shoot a little better out to about 200 to 250 when I go for turkey and hogs how dose this work for hunting or dose it. would it be better just aim higher on the bird and pig or should I change it. I am using Federal 100 grain soft point hi-shok I would like to aim right at were I need to hit and not a few in above it.

any help would be great

What caliber? I zero my .270 at 50 yards and am good out to 235 yards with only 2" of drop.

shooting a 100gr 243?

it works...if you plan on actually touching your scope do plenty of trial runs to make sure it moves like it's supposed to.

Thats your trajectory based on 50 yard zero and the muzzle velocity listed on the box at sea level. 10mph 3 o'clock crosswind.
