Sarcocystis aka Rice Breast, it's fine to eat but I have fed them to the dogs in the past as well. Eating worms just doesn't sit right with me. Nice to know what it actually is, learned something today. I see it at least once a year, usually in mallards

I see it a couple of times a year, normally in spoonies, but i just can't talk myself into eating it. +1 trash can
