I'm guessing it's pretty much over. I used to hunt in Wimberley. Rut was last part of October. My Father in Law lives in San Marcos. His place overlooks a low lying area and I've watched bucks chasing does down there before. Seems like that was Late October as well.

Bucks were in rut pretty hard when I was home last, about 22 days ago!!! I live in Canyon Lake!!!

Use to hunting further South and around here in Austin it is over right when rifle season starts.
