I have had a couple of their guns and for the price the quality and reliability is very good, that being said they are no tack drivers and not much fun to shoot because of heavy and long trigger pulls. But I too I'm interested about their new 22 mag

it looks pretty nice, be nice if its got a 6" to 8" or so barrel and add a scope to it... kinda like the ruger mark III.... and that brings up the point why doesn't ruger make those in 22mag?

That gun does look interesting. I've owned a couple of them a they have been reliable for me, but you can tell they are built to a price point. No frills.

I always thought it was because of how unsuccessful the 10/22 mag was. I think they had too many issues converting lr guns easily into mag versions. Think about it. How many 10/22 mags have you seen? Whatever the reason it didn't sell well.

I'm a dude who likes long barrels!

I am on the waiting list for one. They are actually real nice, trigger is excellent, and they are very accurate. Only issue with them is you have to load the mag as per the instructions. If you don't you will have feed issues. Also if it does have any issues Kel-tec has great customer service, and will take care of your problem. BTW I have 3 other kel-tecs and have not had any trouble with any of them.
Oh and btw they are coming out with a carbine next year that will take the same mags as the pistol. It will have a collapsible stock.

Do they have it in stock? I really doubt they do.

The PMR-30 is a blast to shoot. It weighs nothing ...I havent experienced the problems with ejecting or feeding rounds that I've seen on some posts. The trigger from the factory breaks cleaning at 3.75#. Accuracy is better than most my high end guns. I've ran 6 different ammos through it of which 4 cycled flawlessly , 1 had a couple of FTF per clip, and 1 just wouldnt load up at all. I ran through several clips as fast as it would shoot and had no issues at all with the pistol.. It quickly pasted up the rest of guns as my favorite to shoot. For the money you cant go wrong buying one. I dont care what people say about the quality of the round for self defense, I wouldnt hesitate for a second to pull this gun out if the situation put your life on the line. Now for the bad--After a 1000 rounds it blew the front of the slide off , cracked it half way back and broke the slide rail as well. Its on it way back to Keltec now for replacement or repair. We will see how this turns out and I'll let you know.

Ok, you got my attention on this one. I got one earlier in the year and have yet to shoot it. To dang busy.

A friend of mine has one, which is how I found out about Kel-Tec, and neve had any issues. I load the mag like I do on my other pistols and it was fine.

What do the destructions state that is so different from other magazine fed pistols?

I don't have one yet, so I don't have the manual. But am on the forum for keltec and them mention something about having to tap them after loading a few rounds. I am still waiting on mine to come in.

I'm talking about the three you already have. Oh, the one I picked up was the P11. Got to shoot a PF9.

Your orginal post led me to believe that I need to go read the instructions just to load the clips. No worries.

Only with the PMR-30. All the rest load normal. With the .22 mag there is a certain way it needs to be loaded to be reliable.
