Talked to him on phone seemed ok. But also heard he day leased property around land that he has leased. This is not personal expierience, just what i heard. Have seen some of his lease listings and the leases look like there are over hunted w/ the amount of hunters they are wanting for lease. Also his price very steep, try lease finding sights save yourself $400

I spoke with him personally twice. I will never lease a place from him.

He found the lease i'm on now. I have not seen a deer yet out
of the stand, but i have pics of some bigguns. Talked to him
yesterday and he is currently finding me a new place at no cost.
He told me his health was bad, and did not expect to live much
longer. His daughters are going to take over. We'll see!!!

I'd stay as far away from him and his partners as I could. --->Faulkner

I would stay away from this guy. I've talked to him a few times and we also have gone back and forth through emails. Basically, he isn't straight forward and wants you to send money up front with a promise to send you numbers to any leases you are interested in. Type his name in Google and you can find some other discussions on the guy, and very few are good.

From personal experience. He will send you numbers and names for people to contact. and yes...he will send you more once you are totally disappointed at the first one you take!!!!!!!

either way he has your money and and you WILL NOT get it back!
