Zeiss experience is poor compared to the two above.
Also I think if you get 12x you are going to have a hard time holding steady

Same here the highest magnification I use is 10X. best ones I have are Kahles.

I have the Steiner Predators 10X42. They are light weight and small. I wouldn't think of going deer hunting without them.

You will not go wrong with the Nikons. I have Windriver 10x50's and love them.

I just bought the redfield 10x42 they are great binoculars if you cant afford the expensive stuff.

You will not go wrong with the Nikons. I have Windriver 10x50's and love them. Doesn't Leupold make the Wind Rivers??

Leupold WindRivers 10x50 are hard to beat for the price. They are a good pair that will not break you if something happens to them, but will let you see what you need to see when you need to see it.

vortex razors are on sale & bushnell hd's are nice for the price. one of those would be my current choice if i was buying today.
