I am one of the guys in the 'Hunting 101' pict. JJ is a great guy and put us on duckes...even on a 65 degree morning. More improtantly he made the hunt fun and shared a wealth of info with a couple of newbies.

We will be going back.

Dont say that!!! That is way to short of a hunt for the two hour drive.....

I got one booked for December with him and he has helped me out alot with my calling too.

i got nothing but good to say about him, I hope he is successful with his venture.

No, it was a fair shot. Two ducks came in, Ralph and I shot at one simultaneously (instead of one each which we should have done), and JJ had to shoot the other one. Of course the "other one" had the band. It was all good.

My favorite was the 4 redhead drakes that came in. All 4 went down. What a treat to get some redheads outside the coast.

Great hunt, and JJ is one hard working guy.

Surely knowing JJ he would not shoot a greenhead out from under a client unless his hunters were limited out.

What's the story on the greenhead???

Thanks for all the kind words!!! up

I have had the pleasure of hunting with some "fine" THF guys!! smile

WE have been doing pretty good! And to be bluntly honest, I have been "VERY" impressed with everyone's shooting!

Had Wigeon (Craig) and his Dad and brother out yesterday and we wore them out! Had two groups come in and "NOTHING" left!!! rifle

His brother even killed two with one shot! blush

Then Ralph and Doug came up and were droppin' them left and right!!!

Have had some "new" birds move in and seem like everyone is having a "GREAT" time! smile

Got a Father and three sons today and tomorrow, and multiple groups everyday this week except sunday. cheers

Finished a second blind last night and will have it out tomorrow and then starting on a third today...

I'll post a thread hopefully later today with pictures...

Sorry I haven't been more vocal on here, but I am up everyday at 4:15 and usually don't lay my head down until 10:30-11:00. coffee

Ya'll take Care, and FYI, I have steadily been watchin' new birds move in over the last couple of days! up

J.J.

J.J. = Great Guy

I've known J.J. since college when we met training our labs at the same lake. He knew his duck hunting back then and he knows how to get-on-em' today.
Great guy, great guide and can teach you a thing or two.

Happy birthday J.J.!
