Anyone familiar with utilizing one if these with a .270?

I have one for my .30-06. It's very close to actual drop but it's really hard to have a reticle that universally works for every load. I'd rather have a scope with knobs calibrated to my ammo.

It's not exact, but it is close and comes with a chart that shows what the variance in POI is for each common caliber/load.

you can go on burris's website and download the charts for the round weights & caliber. They have two charts for mine, one heavy load and one light. Also, they send you stickers of all the charts when you buy the scope.

Thanks for the info, makes me wanna switch to 150gr bullets...lol, I need to look through my scope box for the paperwork, bought it and mounted it a while ago, but sighted it in just before season.

It works wonders with Federal's 150 gr blue box soft points... very close to the charts...
